«Great place and sweet setup. Easy walk down to the water although it was very high. We brought our own smoker and pizza oven and just lounged around the house and played cornhole and pool. The cat from other reviews I read showed up and hung out all weekend as well. Utilized the hot tub which was clean and easy to operate. Only knock on it is the kitchen sink easily clogs but will drain if you run the dishwasher.»

«There were three of us who stayed here for 5 nights (ages 77, 51, & 13). Great communication, nice clean smelling house, comfy beds, and plenty of room. We had everything we needed right from the start. Nice neighborhood, relatively quiet, nice for walks. My father had never heard of a VRBO rental and was blown away when we walked in. ☺️ Would definitely recommend!!! A+»

«We visited Nashville for a family weekend and to watch the Savannah Bananas play…The Urban Acreage did not disappoint!!! We had the best time with our family, the property is perfect for a large family…spread out enough to where you aren’t on top of each other and close enough where you can enjoy each other’s company. The pool, hot tub, and movie area was a big hit with the kids and adults…it was a great place to let the kids have fun, while the parents could chat and play games. Great location ...

«Our family stayed a few nights here on our way to The Ark Encounter in Kentucky. When we arrived the power had went out in the neighborhood. We contacted Debbie, and she was absolutely quick to response. Her hubby, Ed, came over to deliver some candles. We had such an engaging conversation that kept us entertained until the lights came back on. The house provided the space we needed, it was fun playing with chickens and eating fresh eggs for breakfast. My husband and kids ventured off to fish at ...

«We had a great stay at Chris' place! He met us there to make sure we knew how everything worked. Check out process could not have been easier. House was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is SO quiet! We didn't hear anyone else, no dogs, nothing. The hot tub was amazing after walking all over Nashville. Its a very easy trip into the city. We are looking forward to a future stay! :)»
