Welcome to our Townhouse Unit D! Discover comfort in our two bedrooms featuring Queen beds, Smart TVs, Ceiling Fans, and a full bathroom upstairs. For added convenience, there's a sleeper sofa and a half bath on the main floor to accommodate additional guests. Our townhouse is strategically located, minutes away from Ft Campbell gate 1, 10 minutes from Super Walmart, close to a convenience store and various restaurants. Enjoy quick access to the Casino within 5 minutes and I24 within 10 minutes. Please refer to our pet and additional guest fees below.

The space:
Our townhouse Unit D, is a cozy 2-bedroom/1.5-bath retreat! Enjoy the comfort of a full bathroom accessible from both the master bedroom and the hallway for additional guests. On the main floor, discover a half bath, a sofa sleeper with a queen bed, and a 50” smart TV for convenience and extra guests. Stay connected with high-speed internet throughout the house. The full kitchen is completely stocked, featuring a Keurig, coffee pot, pots and pans for cooking, dishes, and a dishwasher. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available. Step outside to the full patio set in the back for ultimate outdoor relaxation. Your home away from home awaits!

Guest access:
We've arranged for your convenience 24-hour access to the house using a personal access/group code. This access is available from your check-in time starting at 4:00 pm until your check-out time at 10:00 am.

If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, we'll do our best to fulfill these requests, please be aware that availability may be limited based on the check-in or check-out schedules of our future or current guests. Also there is a $25 fee associated with each.

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have outdoor cameras that record throughout all reservations. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to ensure your stay is secure and enjoyable.

Other things to note:
We want to provide you with important information about additional fees to ensure a transparent and enjoyable experience:
1. Additional Guest Fee: There is an extra charge of $10 per night for each guest beyond 4, up to the maximum occupancy of 6 guests.
2. Pet Fee: We welcome furry friends, and our pet fee is calculated differently than the standard flat fee. It is based on the number of nights and the number of pets. This approach is fair to both short-term and long-term guests. Please be aware of the following pet fee details:
-First pet: $25 per night, up to a maximum of $250 per month.
-Each additional pet: $25 per night, up to a maximum of $250 each.
-Please limit the number of pets to a maximum of two (2).
