«Simple and cozy. Located 20-minute walk to free cruise shuttle. Excellent restaurants and coffee bar within a block. The owner, Stefan, (speaks English) is very warm, hospitable, helpful and welcoming. Great place to stay before and after cruising. Booking was easy! Go into town and buy a bottle of wine and enjoy a glass on the terrace at sunset. We'll remember our stays there fondly. When/If we go to Civitavecchia again, we will ALWAYS stay there. «This apartment/room is wonderful. We were the first guests ever to live there, and of course it was brand new. Being a designer, I appreciate all the effort put into details in materials, color, comfort and style. The view is amazing (12th floor), the location is very practical (2 minutes from the train station, 5 from the beach), but the best thing is the hosts. They are very welcoming, helpful and warm people. I can not recommend this place enough! We will be back! :)»

«Billig og bra nok for en natt. Drives av superhyggelig ektepar som også har apoteket i samme bygg, så inn og utsjekking foregår der. Fikk rom med sjøutsikt, som dessverre også var rett ut mot hovedveien. Men det var pga varmen uansett uaktuelt å åpne vinduet, så fikk takket være en god AC en god natts søvn. «The host was so helpful - he and his son picked us up at the airport, carried our luggage, helped us in and then gave clear instructions to get us to a nearby street with quaint, local restaurants. He made sure our following day arrangements were covered and gave us a ride to the cruise terminal. We highly recommend this. »

«Wow where do I begin, I've been traveling Italy for a year and this was easily my favorite stay! Elena & Monika are exceptional hosts that went above and beyond to make us feel as if we were visiting family friends. Upon arrival (which was after 20.00) we were personally greeted by Elena who assisted us with bags & offered to prepare the hot tub for us to relax after a long drive. She also recommended a few great restaurants that were still open & knew Elena so they offered us a discount! ...

«Santa Marinella is a lovely seaside town. Palazzo Moresco is across the street from the beach. It's in walking distance to excellent restaurants. Every meal we had at the local restaurants was exceptional, and we stopped for scrumptious Gelato every night. Breakfast was included with the room, and was absolutely delicious. «The property has fruit trees and vegetable gardens throughout. It's great to walk among the olive trees, pluck a fig or apple right off the tree, or just relax to the trees swaying in the wind. The bungalows are spread out around the grounds, so you feel like have your own private space. Breakfast is made fresh and the menu had new items every day. All of this in a casual naturist environment makes for an ideal place to unwind and recharge.»

Marili offers many other tourist related services too but we weren't there long enough to take advantage of them. Would love to go back again for a longer stay.
