«We booked this house for a family trip with 6 adults and 2 small kids and it was perfect. We had plenty of room for everyone, and lots of extras were provided…beach chairs and mats,towels, and sand toys. There were goggles for the pool and sunscreen and mosquito prevention. It’s a bit tricky to get to, because it’s up pretty high, but the view is awesome. The host, Jens, was very responsive to any questions we had. We love the area of Ojochal/ Uvita so this was perfect. «There are multiple rooms available to sleep in. All have sheets and other linens and towels for shower and beach. I do reccomens when you get there to turn the AC on and let it run for a while, go and explore. It took an entire day for the downstairs to be cool enough to sleep. «We actually stayed at the Big Banana house next door as there was no power available at the Binya House. No fault of the owner or property manager on the power problems as they escalated getting things back up and running. The upgrade to the bigger house was nice but the first 2 nights we only had use of 2 hvac units and no hot water so we needed to move a mattress on the floor of one of the bedrooms to get our kids cooled off. "Fantastisk beliggenhet og utsikt! Flott hus, hyggelig og rent. Air condition fungerte utmerket. Eneste minus er at man måtte betale ekstra for å få daglig rengjøring /nye håndklær etc, det stod ikke noe i annonsen at dette ikke var inkludert. I annonsen stod det at vi måtte betale ekstra for utvask, det gjorde vi. Men hvis man ønsket en daglig lett vask, påfyll av toalettpapir og nye håndklær, kostet dette 30 dollar ekstra."
