The Ulivo apartment is a “lamia” built of tuff and stone, featuring a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom—ideal for those who love to draw inspiration from its soothing and harmonious greenery. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, and iron), a bathroom with a bidet, shower, hair dryer, and an outdoor dining area. The apartment features shared outdoor spaces furnished with garden furniture: a patio with its own dining table, a barbecue area, a laundry area, a pool with a sun deck, a lawn, and a relaxation area, open 24 hours a day. Here, our guests can enjoy moments of pure well-being and tranquility, immersed in the timeless beauty of the Itria Valley, amidst the green of the lawn and the silvery olive trees, where they can rejuvenate both body and mind.
