«The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing 5 stars for the chef!!! And the staff at the bar were great!! The only thing I didn’t like was the charge for the amenities because a lot of them I didn’t use and my room was not as clean as it should of been someone actually used the bathroom and didn’t flush when I arrived.»

«Pretty solid. Rooms are okay and staff was pleasant»

«The room I stayed in is in need of a remodel. All rooms. Needed paint and patching - to start with. Also, you could hear through the walls and above my room- children crying and people walking. The staff is great! Accommodating & friendly.»

«Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Service, Cleanliness, and Overall Experience My two-night stay at Hyatt Place Chicago/Naperville/Warrenville was extremely disappointing. The hotel fell well below my expectations, and I would not recommend it based on my experience. High-floor room issue: I paid extra for a high-floor room, but the hotel could not provide one when I arrived. I had to wait approximately three hours to get my room, which was unacceptable. Unfriendly staff: The staff were not ...

«The staff and manager were very helpful in every way! Breakfast was ready every morning. We had a good stay at Sleep Inn. It felt safe, secure, and updated. We had a jetted tub. Which really came in handy for a week long Chicago trip, rushing around every day! Looked forward to getting back to the hotel everyday.»

«Room was clean . Common areas were not . Piles of soiled linens and towels filled the hall. While the room itself was suitable , the bed were EXTREMELY HARD . Tossed and turned… I’d go somewhere else»

«More general clean»

«Staff var veldig vennlig, men vanskelig å få tak i. Resepsjonen var ofte ubetjent. Bra standard for prisen.

«Perfect!!!»

«Ok hotel. Stayed there for a long weekend. Frendly staff.»

«Rent rom. Ren seng. Godt og behagelig sengetøy! Siste stopp før lang reise hjem over Atlanteren. Fikk hvilt godt på rent rom! Rent bad og håndklær. Kommer nok tilbake om i området. Fin dekor, bilder på vegg. »

«Nice hotel, frendly staff, parking and great location.»

«Hotellet ligger i utkanten av Chicago, men selv uten bil var det uproblematisk å bo her og samtidig få med seg severdigheter i Chicago by. Rom og frokost var veldig bra. Dette hotellet kan anbefales!»
