«Did not get proper instructions for check in process through Expedia. Also, no parking available at private property location. Had to park 2 blocks away from property and pay extra 30 dollars for which should have been included with renting property. Overall very disappointed and will not use Expedia again»

«It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. «Omg this hotel was absolutely beautiful and clean… the staff goes above and beyond. Even booked for my co worker to stay as well. They remembered when I was staying there I wanted the same room and I got it again. Then the ube coffee downstairs to die for. The most important part was that they weren’t racist at all!!
