«Great location and great unit. Walked to the heritage bank center in 5 minutes. Unit was comfortable for our family of 4. My son wanted us to move in permanently. Would stay again if I ever return to the Cincinnati area.»

«Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door.»

«Room looked clean but everything was sticky (all furniture, and even carpet!) and there was trash in corners and in between furniture. Thermostat was set on 68 - I turned it up to 76 and 5 hours later it was 71 degrees - I turned it OFF and 7 hours later it was 73 degrees...something's not right!»

«I called and was told there was an airport shuttle but once there that was not true. I had not checked the website which stated such. The hotel refunded money the money even with non cancel but Expedia does not refund money. Very disappointed as I use Expedia for my travel. We canceled and stayed elsewhere. Tge area and property were not great. Smoking of weed in parking lot when we arrived.»

«Beautiful hotel! It was very busy so the pool was a no go for us. Loved the set up of the bedrooms. Popcorn wasn’t good-no salt or butter but breakfast was great! Wish staff told us light dinner was free. Definitely would stay there again regardless now that we know :)»

«Loved the entryway with the water fountain. It was a long walk to the elevator for guests, however, everything was very clean. Our room was great. We arrived late and were quite weary from travel. A welcoming smile from the person working the desk would have been helpful or even some direction about parking or how to find elevators. Parking was limited as it seemed to be a busy evening. Maybe the worker, who was alone, was tired and overwhelmed from the many people coming in that night. She ...
