«It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. «Beautiful hotel! They did a great job with the restoration of the historical building. Valet service upon arrival as well as departure was friendly and timely. Front desk was wonderful and very helpful. The hotel is centrally located with everything you need walkable. We came for a Bengals game and a Reds series and everything was perfect. Would definetely recommend and stay again next time we visit Cincinnati!»

«Was in town to catch a game at Great American Ballpark, Hampton Inn Newport. The hotel was a short walk over the bridge and was absolutely the best move I made when looking for a room. The room was clean and the amenities were top notch. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll most definitely stay here again.»
