«Great property in an excellent area. There are lots of local restaurants and connivence stores nearby. Five minute walk to the subway line 2 with easy access to Gangnam. The room was perfect for me (solo traveler) it had a nice tub and hot shower, comfy bed and it was very peaceful. I never heard any noises from other visitors and the street despite traffic was very quiet. They offer complimentary tea and high quality coffee. Staff is helpful.»

«It was a nice hotel, with a big room. But part of the reason I chose this hotel was that from the photos it looked like the room (I booked a standard double) had big windows with a view. However, my room had tiny windows, so I was quite disappointed. »

«Super bra hotell så trevlig personal i receptionen, mindre trevlig personal i frukost restaurangen. Frukost löjligt dyr men helt ok. Väldigt bra gym. Luis i receptionen får högsta betyg, så hjälpsam, trevlig och välkomnande. Hotellrummet var lite dåligt städat i hörnor och vrår. »

«New and modern hotel opened in 2016. Located close to markets and restaurants with traditional food. Only a few minutes walk from the hotel to Metro. Rooms are not spacious, but very clean and modern. Comfortable beds. Good sized bathroom with both shower and bath tub. Staff was excellent and indeed very friendly.»

«Originally put as 5 star rating but then bumped down to a 4 star upon checkout. During checkout there was no one to be found, because I had a question to ask, if there was a car parking near by for the hotel for next time I stay I can drive instead of take subway. I won’t be staying again because no one was there to ask simple question, even knocking on their door, no one came out. I see on checkout there is a basket to put room keys, I was never given a room key only a code to enter the ...

«I have had a very good stay at the Zip hotel. The friendly personnel go the extra mile to make you comfortable. There is a lot of compliments snacks to chose if in the lobby bar. The Seoul international university on the green nr 2 circular metro line is conveniently located three minutes walk from the hotel. There are many down to earth eateries in the immediate vicinity . A stay at this hotel will give you good value for your money.»

«Well worth the price. Comfortable stay even if it could be a little bit cleaner. Close to the metro line 2 which was very nice.»

«Room was clean staff pick up phone in a timely manner when I had concerns No elevator so walking up 5 flights of stairs was challenging not recommended if you can’t walk up stairs. Luggage storage small not secured Plus walking distance to youngsan station»

«Good location, helpful staff , although having a concierge service would have been better to guide us through the city. Great places to eat around and access to metro and buses. Janat and Kim are very helpful at the front desk. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Lastly for budget minded travelers book early and breakfast is included and a decent variety to eat . French bakery tous le jous was a great experience as well and the K bbq was authentic. Thank you»

«Very good! Nothing special to complain about. Friend thought the bed was a bit hard and not a lot of places to hang your clothes when you are two people. Other than that we are very satesfied.»

«Terrible service. At 11:30 am they were calling me to check out, which is at 12:00 pm. The room had an unbearable cigarette smell, but there were no more rooms. This place in my opinion is not a hotel, but a motel for couples.»
