«The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Going there during the Sakura season was amazing too. »

«The room was everything I dreamed of having in an Onsen. It was beautifully appointed and impeccably clean. We chose the room with the western beds and found it quite comfortable and very spacious. The staff was extremely helpful. Spoke English well, and the food was amazing. The presentation of both our breakfast and dinner was a beautiful display of Japanese aesthetics. We loved the mineral bath, and we love the fact that we had an indoor and an outdoor mineral pool.»

«The property is really beautiful; gorgeous views, stunning room, and the private onsen is incredible. Absolutely no feedback on the room, grounds, staff, property, etc all amazing! It’s nice that dinner and breakfast are included given that you are quite a walk uphill from Gora and other restaurants. The food is presented in a beautiful setting and the service was wonderful. That being said, the food itself left much to be desired and given the price, we expected it to taste better. »

«お風呂が心地よく、24時間使えるのもありがたかった。アメニティや飲み物等の備品が品質良く、使いやすかった。部屋にあるのでなく、フロント辺りに集約されているので、無駄がない。フロアにゴミの分別コーナーがあって、片付けやすかった。ゴミの片付けは自分たちでやって当たり前だし、部屋にゴミが残されずにいて良い。朝食のおにぎりが作りたてで、ほっこりして美味しかった！周囲の環境が静かで、のんびりと安らぐことができた。ありがとうございました😊»

"Modern hotel but do not come here if you have a bad back. There is no bed, just a madras on the floor. There is no chair either, so no possibility to sit proper in the room. We didn’t see on the pictures there weren’t beds her, so that is our fault. The tiles also needs a proper scrub, the room didn’t feel proper clean when we arrived. But overall it was okay, and the staff where nice. And if you are a light sleeper you should get earplugs! The train is right outside and makes a lot of sound!"
