It seems many are forced by the city of Anaheim so you can't blame the property managers for some. The house is farther from Disney than you think. You have to be willing to walk for 30 minutes before you start your day if you plan to stay here and walk. I would stay again.»

«We stayed with Tim for 4 days while we visited family and went to Disneyland. The unit is in a cull-de-sac, has two bedroom and two baths and a semi-private back patio with table/chairs/umbrella and was very quiet. It is about 15 min from Disneyland-approx $15 rideshare. Was a lovely place to stay and Tim was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!»

The family room area was a bit small for our group of 10 but manageable. Disliked the alarms on all the external doors leading to the pool. «Safe area, easy 15 minute drive to Disney. Our large family was very happy. House had everything we needed to prepare breakfast every day. Used the dishwasher and washer and dryer. Close drive to Whole Foods, Walmart and Costco. The only issue was pillows could be more comfy and the primary bed was a very firm mattress.»

We didn't have time to use the pool table and ping pong table but that area was lovely as well. I think you may need to buy some ping pong balls.
