Designed by a renowned Thai architect, the villa features elegant roof tiles, airy 3-4 meter high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling teak wood windows, and authentic teak furniture that provides a uniquely warm and fragrant ambiance.

1. Exclusive Single-Group Rental & All-Inclusive Package
The villa is exclusively rented to one group per stay. Our "All-Inclusive" package covers the entire villa, a private van with a driver and fuel, breakfast, daily maid service, and laundry service to ensure your holiday is absolutely perfect.
Accommodates up to 12 guests. (We offer a great-value base rate for the first 8 guests, which is fair for small groups. Guests 9-12 pay an additional 1,000 THB/person/night).

2. Light Set Menu Breakfast
- Served between 8:30 - 9:30 AM. Choose from 4 categories (to ensure fast service, the same set will be served for the entire group each day), accompanied by tea, coffee, or juice, and seasonal fruits.
- Local Set (famous dishes from local markets or renowned restaurants), Chinese Set, Japanese Set, or Western Set.
- Special for families bringing children for summer camp: Pork, fish, or shrimp congee will be served early for the kids between 7:00 - 8:00 AM.

3. Private Van with Driver (Taking care of you from your first step in Chiang Mai)
Forget the exhaustion of Join Tours where the van wastes time driving around the city to pick up other guests. We take care of you from day one with airport or train station transfers, no matter how late your flight arrives. You can use the private van to travel anywhere you wish, or even cross provinces to stay overnight in "Pai" or "Chiang Rai" (to visit the White Temple and Blue Temple), as many of our guests love to do.

4. Private Tour Guide for Seamless Trip Planning
No more worrying about booking tours online (which often only act as ticket offices in the city while the actual locations are up in the mountains) or struggling to change schedules. We provide a professional guide to help you plan, recommend spots, and pre-book activities (such as elephant care, elephant riding, shows, massages, or cooking classes) with no upfront payment required. You can simply pay on-site on the day of your activity.

5. A Dinner Paradise (Restaurants around the villa)
At night, this road offers endless dining options and daily night markets. From simple street food to Michelin-starred restaurants, including: VELA DEE (Michelin), Ohkajhu (Michelin), Yong (Chinese & Thai - Michelin), Puun Dang Gaeng Ron (Michelin), Pluto Cafe (Thai & Western), Cafe Din Din (Japanese & Thai), and various BBQ spots.

6. Prime Tourist Location (Center of Popular Attractions)
Many tourists mistakenly believe they should stay in the "Old City (Tha Pae Gate)." In reality, the city center only offers Tha Pae Gate and the Weekend Walking Street. Over 90% of Chiang Mai’s natural attractions, adventure activities, and famous restaurants are located "outside the city" (in the Mae Rim and Mae Taeng zones).

Our villa is situated in the northern part of the city (only 20-25 minutes from the airport, Nimman Road, or the Old City). Located in a quiet, safe residential area free from flooding and airplane noise, it allows you to reach popular destinations conveniently, saving you 2-3 hours of city traffic daily. You can easily travel to:
- Nature & Check-in Spots: Sticky Waterfall, Dantewada, Mae Kampong Village, Long Neck Karen Village, Orchid Farms, I Love Flower Farm, and Doi Inthanon National Park.

- Bedroom 1 & 2 (2nd Floor): King Size bed + Sofa bed
- Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor): King Size bed + Single bed
- Bedroom 4 & 5 (1st Floor): King Size bed (Ground floor beds are ideal for the elderly)
- Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, plus an extra bathroom on the 2nd floor (6 in total). Features teak wood window frames and a safe, 1.8-meter wide staircase.
5-Star Sleep Quality:
- Each bedroom includes two types of anti-dust mite health pillows: an ultra-soft pillow and a 100% authentic latex pillow for adults and children.
- Bedding is cleaned using an industrial washing and baking system to effectively eliminate bacteria and allergens.

8. Villa Amenities
- Large Private Pool with Lighting: Salt-water system (eco-friendly, no chlorine smell), slip-resistant natural granite tiles, and an all-day automatic filtration system.
- Daily Maid Cleaning: Starts at 9:00 AM.
- Free Daily Laundry & Drying: (Ironing not included). Clothes will be sun-dried or tumble-dried. Note: This is a mixed wash; we do not guarantee against color bleeding.
- Complete Bath Amenities: Premium shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and a hair dryer.
- High-Speed Wi-Fi throughout the villa.
- Eco-Friendly: LED lighting, eco-friendly AC refrigerant, reduced plastic use, and blankets changed every 3 days to save water.
- Convenient Delivery: Easily order food or groceries via Grab or 7-Eleven straight to the villa.

9. Surrounding Conveniences
- Shopping: Close to 7-Eleven, TOPS, Tesco Lotus, and Big C / Only a 10-minute drive to Central Festival or MAYA.
- Hospitals: Just 20-25 minutes from Bangkok Hospital and Ram Hospital (offering international-standard care).
- Education: Near several international schools (NIS, Tonkla School, Prem International School).

10. Van Usage Conditions
- Check-in Day: Van available from 15:00 - 23:00.
- During Stay: Van available from 07:00 - 23:00.
- Check-out Day: Van available until 11:59.
(If you need to use the van outside these hours, please inform us in advance).

11. House Rules:
- Guests have full access to the property (exclusive single-group rental). 24-hour check-in available (please notify in advance for early check-in/late check-out).
- Please keep noise levels down so as not to disturb neighbors (no shouting, screaming, or loud pool play), especially after 22:00. After midnight, please lower volume to a normal conversational level.
- No jumping into the pool after 20:00.
- No parties and strictly no smoking in the bedrooms.
