«Great stay in basement apartment. The caretakers were immediately responsive to all needs. It is recently remodeled, very clean and cozy. I stayed for a month, was mostly alone but did have my young family visit a few times. The kids LOVED the Legos that were provided. One bed has a slide, so fun. The layout is a little strange, you walk into one bedroom as you enter the door. It wasn't a problem for us but if you are dependent upon full privacy for every bedroom, it may be a down side. Front door lock box instructions were okay, but had to press the star on the fob scan pad to get the fob to activate. «It was a nice place, but IT'S IN THE BASEMENT. The upstairs is VERY noisy, a cleaning company is up there cleaning something maybe rugs or??? And it's LOUD, which gets old. Also smells like puppy, not sure if it's urine or wet dog smell but it's always there, like when you rent from a place that accepts doggos.»

«The quirky steam punk decor was a delight. The street was VERY quiet and parking out front was easy. Jay stopped by because the emails were not going thru. Mandy and Jay were wonderful hosts and were available if needed. The home was cozy. The bedding was nice and beds very comfortable. The internet worked quite well, too.
