A beautifully styled lounge is the perfect place to curl up and relax after a day's sightseeing, with a ground-floor cloakroom and a single bedroom doubling as a study. Three large bedrooms with ensuites occupy the first floor, and the master bedroom also boasts a walk-through dressing area. An additional family shower room serves the two large bedrooms on the top floor, with a bright landing workspace. There is ample off-road parking for 3-4 vehicles.

A pub/restaurant is only a 5 minute walk, with a choice of supermarkets, takeaways and other local amenities all under a mile from the house. A park and ride is also only a 5 minute drive.



Getting Around:

Getting around the neighbourhood of Upton Grange, Chester is easy and convenient. You can use public transportation such as buses or taxis, or rent a bike or a car to explore the area at your own pace.



Regarding parking, there is street parking available in front of the property. Some areas have time restrictions, so it's always a good idea to check the signs before parking. Other Things to Note:

The driveway can accommodate 3-4 vehicles. We are very considerate of our neighbours and would ask that guests do not park on the pavement outside the house. We want you to enjoy the property but please remember that this is a quiet residential estate and we would ask that noise be kept to a minimum. We do not allow parties.
