- Please note that not all items displayed on the images such wine and floral arrangements ect will be provided during your stay.

We will provide hand soap, body wash, shampoo/ conditioner, washing up liquid and fresh linen/ towels for each guest.

- Parties/ Smoking/ Loud Noise is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit will be used towards extra costs in removing you.

- Quiet times after 9pm (Please show respect to the neighbours around you).

- Security Cameras are positioned on both the front and back of the property for safety purposes.

✨ Additional Information for Your Stay ✨

🛋 Sofa Bed Linen Fee – If you’d like to use the sofa bed, there is a small linen fee of £14.50. This covers the extra laundry and housekeeping required to prepare it.

⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out – Subject to availability, we can offer early arrivals or later departures at £20 per hour. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange this with our housekeeping team.

👶 Family Pack – Travelling with children? We can provide a high chair and travel cot (please bring your own sheets) for £19.95 per stay.
