I stayed for a week and found it to be less than 10 minute walk to a range of restaurants and shops including a CVS. «While the apartment was neat, it could have been cleaner and the linens most of all. There were make-up stains all over the towels and bed linens. I had to wash them and then they came out clean. The property manager, Henry, was attentive but it does not minimize that the stove had foul fumes due to a protective coating on the bottom of the stove, which have me a 2 day headache.
