"The woman who greeted me was amazing! ( and had gorgeous nails..) so kind and thoughtful. Everyone else working there were also nice and gave me a great visit. I will absolutely come back!! "

"We visited Salamder for 3 nights late September and immediately had an incident with the front staff which carelessly handled our luggage and damaged my wifes bag. During our stay the hotel repeately said they would have the right peaople contact us. Never happened. After again experessing our dismay at departure director of hospitality Y. Almodovar contacted us and made an apointmenet to adress our issues over a phone meeting at specified time and date. I was never called and my emails after has been ignored. I will argue that this hotel is undone and in no sense ready for its claim as a 5 star destination. The property is very nice, but poorly managed. I will go elswhere next time im in DC."
