«The weather was not particularly kind to us during our stay so the property's great location helped enormously in keeping us dry (being literally metres from the Roman Baths, the Abbey and Heritage Centre). With five adults and two teenagers the property's size accommodated us all easily. Paul was very welcoming and despite the weather we all enjoyed our stay.»

«Stay was enjoyed by all ages hot tub and pool table appreciated particularly by the youngsters only one thing we felt could be replaced were the tall stools in the conservatory. We felt they were unsafe and very rickety but had no reflection on our stay»

«Lots of properties say they are dog friendly but rarely are they so dog welcoming!! My two adult sons, Labrador and I had a four night break to coincide with the end of Uni term. The barn was pristine upon arrival and Liz was very welcoming and had thought of everything, from the secure exercise area for Zena (Lab) to the breakfast items for us. «Loved our stay at this perfect accommodation and the hosts could not be more welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Bath and the train station was a 3 min walk. There is a wonderful pub just down from the apartment that had the best breakfast and an Indian rewrite some of the best Indian ever. The grocery across the street was perfect for grabbing groceries as well. Would 100% recommend.»

«Lovely house in great location. Took us a while to work out how to use the key but that was probably our fault! Also we were given the wrong code for back door key so could not use back door til we met laundry lady who gave us the right code! Showers were not great - some had no pressure or hot water but we managed with the ones that did work! Heating worked well. Dishwasher broken but we didn’t do any cooking so wasn’t a problem. We would definitely book this house again»

«The property was amazing , true to its pictures . Immaculate and had everything you needed for a great weekend . Plenty of towels , crockery and toiletries. Hot tub and swimming pool were nice and clean . The host , Karen , was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her . The late checkout on a Sunday was a great bonus .
