«Lovely property »

«Great Annex, calm and peaceful location.»

«Excellent stay. Perfect for a girls night away. 10 of us were more than comfortable. Host was exceptional. Whenever we had queries, they responded straight away. This beautiful home comes highly recommended. »

«Great little house with all the amenities we could need. »

«Cottage was lovely and quirky comfortable and warm, but there was a few issues, cobwebs in the bedroom table lamp in the lounge gave me an electric shock! Stairs outside need looking at as very worn out and not enough utensils pizza tray didn’t fit the small oven. The local Woodmancote pub was great for Sunday lunch and you get a 20% discount too.»

«We loved staying in this property. It had so much charm and was very well kept. It was very close to Guildford which was great for walking in to go to the pubs and shops. It’s a 5 minute walk to the train which was excellent for commuting into London. Would definitely recommend. The only caution I would say is that the stairs are very steep so if staying with elderly or young kids to be mindful. Otherwise great stay!»

«Great host and lovely home! »

«We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all ...

«Everything was lovely. Bedrooms were so cozy. The host answered every question really well (I asked a lot). Honestly such a lovely place to stay. I loved that every room had a bathroom and that there was anything you could need in the kitchen. Honestly amazing. »
