«The stay was perfect; relaxing and laid back. Communication with the owner was terrific; they reside on site. The 2 bedroom location is completely private. Nice kitchen with cooktop and microwave. Master bed room and 2nd bedroom with 2 singles. Overall, clean and neat. Shower is terrific. Large bathroom. The patio is situated overlooking two ponds. Extremely quiet and peaceful!!»

«The apartment is extremely well appointed; has everything you need to be away from home and comfortable. The only glitch was VRBO; this property was advertised on Expedia and linked to VRBO. VRBO did not send us the information packet prior to check-in so we didn't have the door code. Fortunately it is a condo and a board member stepped up to get us in touch with owner. Owner was very responsive! It was VRBO that dropped the ball.»

«This was a wonderful trip! The Captains Gosnold Village was a great place to stay. It had everything you needed all in one place. We rented a 2 bedroom cottage and it fit our needs perfectly. Even though there were many other cottages you would never know anyone else was there. Everyone was considerate of each other and followed the property rules. «Very cute and inviting, but there is a few things I would change. Both showers were not very good pressure wise & temperature wise. The fees for the stay was more than the room for it not to even include pool passes. For the price there should be some inclusion. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It was a nice place overall but if you plan on raising prices for the summer I advise you make it worth it.»

«We are now regulars at Lloyd’s lovely studio. This was our 6th or 7th stay. There is so much to love here- quiet location at end of cul de sac and on an estuary. Osprey, egrets and other birds are in abundance. We especially love sitting on the patio at sunset, enjoying a glass of wine. «I would be hard to find another property so cheap this close to the beach on Cape Cod, but you get what you pay for. Property was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The kitchen appliances were old but working. Hot water pressure was low and shower knobs are on their last legs. But none of that was a deal breaker. We had a good time on the Cape. We were close to many Dennisport activities and the unit was adequate for my wife and I to unwind and sleep.»

Good distance from things to do! Weren’t able to enjoy the beach due to weather unfortunately but it was easy to get to walking or driving. Would recommend!»

«The place is very cute, clean, and well-stocked. Location is ideal - just a mile from Nauset Light Beach. We had a small issue with the door that was immediately fixed. Can’t say enough good things about the experience. One small helpful hint for traveler packing - you’ll want to bring a hair dryer if you use one.»

«The studio was exactly as portrayed by the pics. It was clean and well appointed (but you have to bring your own towels and sheets). Two beach chairs are provided. Parking is not ideal as you have to walk on the street to get to your car (fairly short walk) but should be fine unless you have difficulty walking.
