Cook dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, pour a cocktail on the screened in porch, or relax in one of the hammocks or chairs around the fire pit! Professionally Cleaned with Washer/Dryer. Primary bedroom has a Queen bed, second bedroom has a Queen, and third bedroom has 2 double beds. Don't forget the pool table!

This is a vintage lake cabin that will feel like you're camping on the lake. Enjoy the many patios or the Screened in porch with new furniture!

This cabin is in Mooresville, NC on the shores of Lake Norman which is about 35 minutes away from Charlotte NC. Situated on a wooded lot that makes it feel 1000 miles away from the big city bustle. Plenty of beds for heads, and thoughtful funky throughout. We look forward to sharing our space with you!

Guests are responsible for firewood, and anything needed for the grill. We provide all linens, but make sure to pack your favorite pool towels for the lake.
Since the property is on the lake, around here that means well water. Although we have top notch water filtration systems in place, you can't get around the hard water!

We are just a quick message away if you need anything. As 28x Superhosts, we try hard to get it right.

SAFETY DEVICES: 
Exterior security cameras present: We have one security camera at the front door, one at the driveway, one at the fire pit, and one at the boat doak. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.

Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.

***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for Vrbo reservations.

Trust & Safety:
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.*
