«The Host would get 5 stars, he was prompt and ready to handle the situation. The place was lacking cleaning, from base boards to walls and filters. There was an open bag of Ice in the freezer, and a dirty rag behind the bathroom door. Trash in the kitchen sink and food crumbs on the floor in the kitchen. The bathroom sink was leaking as well.
