From the moment you arrive, the mid-century modern charm of the main house welcomes you with its bright, open-concept layout, soaring windows, and endless views of the water. Settle into the cozy living room with two plush sofas, a fireplace, and a big-screen TV—or head into the sunroom with a cup of coffee and soak in the lake views from your peaceful perch. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your group meals, and the adjoining dining nook and island bar make it easy to keep the conversations flowing.

The main house sleeps 12, featuring three serene bedrooms with king and twin beds, plus a separate suite with its own king bed and a bunk room that's perfect for the kiddos.
Just steps away, the adjacent boat house sleeps another six guests with three additional bedrooms and comfy beds for all—so everyone can enjoy sweet dreams after a full day of lakeside adventures.

🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
💍 No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
🐶 Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
