Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book.

Quiet Hours:
Please respect the quiet enjoyment of the property. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

Pets:
Pets are welcome with prior approval.
Non-refundable pet fee applies.
Only up to 2 pets allowed (dogs only).
All pets must be disclosed.
Guests must clean up after pets, both indoors and in the backyard.
Pets should not be allowed on furniture or beds.

Smoking:
Smoking is allowed only outside in the backyard or on the deck. All debris must be picked up .
No smoking inside the home.

Parking:
Parking is available for up to 5 cars in the driveway and on the street.

Damages:
Any damages to the property must be reported immediately. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused by negligence.

Trash & Cleanup:
Guests are responsible for disposing of trash in the provided outdoor receptacles.
Any trash that does not fit in the receptacles must be hauled off by guests or additional fees will apply.

Check-Out Instructions:
Check all rooms and closets for your belongings
Throw away any remaining food and taken out the trash
Leave the property in the same condition as you found it
Lock all windows and doors
Ensure all lights and electronics are off
Set the thermostat to 75° in summer, or 68° in winter

There are 2 cameras located on the exterior of the home. We have a ring doorbell on the front door and a security camera in the back yard that covers some area of the pool and hot tub
