Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

The accommodations were awesome. Very clean and the host was very great to communicate with and gave us suggestions for restaurants that were amazing. It’s also a great location for activities, shopping, and tours. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!
We chose this house as the grandparents house for a wedding weekend. The location is perfect. We enjoyed the ability to walk to various spots. It was nice having all three bedrooms on one floor.
Everything in description of property is accurate! We would stay here again. The only only thing to know before you go is to remember that this house is old and is not noise proof.
Property is close to King street area & walkable to just about anywhere. We had issues with noise upstairs & internet. Property manager Summer& Seth very attentive to our issues & took care of everything.
Parking was the downfall of this place!!! It was literally like a 50-point turn to get parked in the back, very, very tight like beyond tight!! Location was great, cleanliness and comfort very nice, only one extremely tight parking space and would not recommend a truck!!!
House was as represented…clean and updated. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops on King Street. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need. We had the whole downstairs and it was very nice. Bigger couch would be nice for watching movies, but what they had worked. Off street parking in back a huge plus as street parking is very limited. Space not suitable for large SUV. Great place, would rent again!
The apartment was great and location was perfect. However, there were several areas that were not cleaned very well (bottom of shower doors and the kitchen floors). Additionally a mosquito treatment wouldn’t go amiss at the outside area, as I had more than a dozen bites during the initial access to the property due to having issues with code entry. It wouldn’t deter me rebooking the property again though

It is perfect for 6 people. Impossible for 8 as advertised. The fold out bed is rock hard and has folds that are felt. It is very small. 2 adult women couldn’t sleep on it. We actually had to rent another place for the 2 ladies. We had one car that was parked in the back. Another suv parked next to ours. We could not get out without moving trash cans and pulling up and back finally hitting a tree and damaging our rental. Couldn’t get one door unlock, no instructions on how to locate key It was to the 3rd bedroom so was a must. The manager sent someone to unlock it

This was a great property in a great location!
Walking distance to King Street and businesses on Cannon Street. It's a nice, clean property that was perfect for our group of six adults.
The online listing was not very accurate and communication from the property manager was disappointing. The "Sunrise" property is actually two separate properties, the "Eclipse" and the "Rainbow", combined into one for larger groups. This is not clearly noted in the "Sunrise" description. The arrival instructions I received noted the "Eclipse" property, not the "Sunrise" that I had reserved. When I contacted the property manager, they did a very poor job explaining why I was receiving communication noting a property that I had not reserved. Additionally, further communication by text noted a fourth property, "Sunset", that is actually the upstairs unit. When I pointed this out, I was told that I had the "Sunrise" unit but was still sent information for the "Sunset" unit. At the prices being charged, it's not too much to ask for clear, accurate communication.
We did have a plumbing issue with the toilet and shower in one of the bedrooms and the property manager was very prompt in their response and sent a technician out quickly who was able to fix everything. We were very happy with this level of attention.
I would not hesitate renting this property or from Yourpad again now that I know exactly what is being offered.

Clean, comfortable beds, perfect for a group, loved the coffee bars throughout. Location is wonderful! Carpooling is best bc one spot is not enough for this unit. Our hot water went out in the winter storm which was no one’s fault but we never got a chance to shower.
Perfect for 3 couples, exactly what we were looking for with each BR having its own en-suite bathroom. All updated and modern blending with the old original architecture. Delightful!!
There were 6 adults in our party.
The overall property was very clean and well stocked with soap, shampoo, paper towels, toliet paper and coffee. The kitchen appliances seemed little-used and well-cared for. There are hidden drawers in the kitchen cabinets that are not readily-noticeable. Some welcome instructions with general information about the unit would be helpful in this situation. Additional surface space in the kitchen would be nice as there is room for a small table or counter.
The bedrooms are spacious. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There is a lack of surface space in the baths and bedrooms for toiletries, make-up, etc. There is ample closet space for a week's stay.
Though we did not use the laundry room, the fact that it is located upstairs makes it a bit awkward.
The parking in the rear was VERY challenging with our large SUV, even though we were the only vehicle in the lot. A second vehicle would have made it impossible for us to park on-site, as designated. The Mary Street parking garage is fairly convenient as we used that for a second vehicle. As we were the only tenants with vehicles at the 2-unit house, our host was kind enough to allow us to park the second vehicle in the driveway to avoid the added parking charge for our entire stay.
Overall the unit was very comfortable and the hosts were very helpful before and during our stay. The unit is well within walking distance of King Street and many bars and restaurants.
We would recommend the unit for those willing and able to walk good distances as it is not exactly centrally located to the more popular areas of the City. Overall we had a great stay!
Retired "girls" Charleston trip stay was delightful in this 3-bedroom venue. We loved it and we loved sitting on the porch! This home was so cute, clean, modern, affordable in a great location, AND we were presented with already stocked coffee!

Great Location and the on suites for each bedroom was a definite bonus
The condo is very clean with beautiful wood floors. The kitchen and two coffee bars near two of the bedrooms was nice for getting up early if you didn't want to disturb the rest of the guests.
We had a small hickup when we arrived late due to flight delays. The door to one of the three bedrooms was locked and since it was so late we had trouble contacting the owners. After 2-3 calls they finally answered and helped us get the 3rd bedroom unlocked. The rest of the stay was absolutely perfect. Great shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. I enjoyed early morning jogs around Charleston to see the Pineapple Fountain, Haunted Jail, battery park, and some amazing sunrises. Just be careful on those historic sidewalks...it can sometimes feel like a trail run. If you've never been to Charleston before or if you're back for another visit, you'll feel at home staying at the Cannonbourough Elliottbourough property

I was very disappointed in the noise level from upstairs and outside surrounding, we all had a hard
Fantastic property that was close to all the action. We travelled as a family of four, and the SUNRISE unit did not disappoint. The place was spotless with great amenities and a modern country feel. Every place we wanted to visit (including King street) was a 7-10 minute drive away, and a lot of these places would have been very walkable had it not been so hot outside. The owners were very responsive and even checked in on us after our first night there. Truly 5 star accommodations.
We loved our stay here! Nice neighborhood, within walking distance to King Street, but quiet (at least during the week, when we were there). Be aware that while there is one parking space right behind the house, any additional cars have to park in a paid lot a few blocks away. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was great that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. It was also well-decorated and had Charleston charm.
This unit was extremely clean and was very easy to access. The bedrooms were all adequately sized with good beds and each with a bathroom. The kitchen was good, but there was not a lot of furnishings for cooking (if desired). The unit could use more basic cooking ingredients (spices, etc.) and a blender. A/C units work well and the space is very good. Would recommend for any size party.
