«Great response to concerns. Clean and roomy. Would have liked more seating in living room as there was only a 2 seater couch. Had to bring own detergent for washing machine. No towels in kitchen just cheap paper towels. Pots and pans need replaced. Backyard was huge and fdnced for my dog. Nice driveway for parking and quiet neighborhood and convenient to area.»

«Pros: Very spacious and location is great! Kitchen is well stocked with all amenities. Communication with host was wonderful. Cons: There is a lack of TV's and the area there is one is not comfortable and awkward. No TV's in bedrooms except the kids room which has the gaming system hooked up. Beware if you are there on a Monday night you are responsible to take all garbage cans to curb from the previous renters. «We paid extra to get in early, they said they had to check with the cleaners but it was obvious there wasn’t any cleaning done. There was damage done to the property prior to us being there that was obvious and they tried to make us pay for. The WiFi was terrible we couldn’t get any work from home done had to go to a nearby coffee shop. The home was vey hot and the thermostat didn’t work we had to buy fans. «We absolutely loved our stay at Sunshine BnB! It was exactly as described in the listing. We had everything we needed and some things we didn't anticipate needing. We came with 3 children under the age of 10 and the triple bunk bed was a perfect option for them! The beds were comfortable and the owners thought of everything!
