– One Large Bathroom with shower column, washing machine, and amenities.
– A Narrow Extra Toilet (can be used as a small work area if needed).
– Living Area with a sofa-bed that can sleep an additional guest if required.
– Large, Fully Equipped Kitchen – Includes refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, utensils, wine glasses, pans, and a dining table.
– Cooling & Heating: 3 air conditioning units (installed in 2021) – one in each bedroom and one in the kitchen.
– Hot Water: Solar panel and electric boiler.
