«We loved our stay here at Royal Waters! We had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. Great fishing and very quiet neighborhood!»

«Great place to gather with family!»

«It was our first family reunion with our grandkids, and we were celebrating a birthday as well, and it was just so much fun. The kids enjoyed fishing. The pond is extremely stock with fish, and everyone was fishing and catching fish. The house was spacious enough that no one felt crowded. Very impressed with all the utensils very nice the cows and the dog very friendly, very nice getaway just to relax and reset and enjoy the beauty of God‘s creation and nature saw a lot of lizards and spiders ...

«Great place, very cozy and clean. Comfortable beds!»

«Very dated but quaint. Good: Lots of towel rods. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Good location. Responsive host. Not so good: Bed fair. Whole house needs a deep cleaning and some paint. Sticky kitchen floor. Sticky stove control knobs. Mildew on ceiling tiles in shower. Ice maker not working. Air return vent very, very dirty. Roach poop on bathroom cabinet doors. Lots of dust/cobwebs on edges of wood trim in kitchen/living room. No dishwasher soap. No aluminum foil. No tissues.»

«Had a great time celebrating our anniversary. The house was in a great location.»

«This is an excellent property for families. My grandchildren loved swimming, kayaking and fishing from the dock. When we weren't fishing we played billiards, watched movies and played games inside. They didn't even ask to go somewhere but We did go to Bass Pro shop which was very close by in Tyler. The sunsets from this property are beautiful.»

«House was very clean, close to shops and restaurants. Host was great with communication and friendly and helpful.»

«The place was very clean and the host was very responsive with communication. We were there for a bass tournament at Lake Palestine and we had adequate parking for two boats and trucks.»

«Great stay. Excellent host. Very nice place. Perfect neighborhood. Thank you.»

«Very nice and clean and organized very convenient to food places and if you have any in - two. Aaron's!! Definitely will go back & host is very responsive and understanding!»

«We really enjoyed staying at this property. It had everything that we needed and more. There were games that were left which the family had a lot of fun playing. They had wifi and Roku tv. It has a great location close to the mall. It was very cool inside even though it was quite hot outside. Everything was immaculate. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly to others.»

«It was a perfect getaway with our dogs. Location was awesome, pretty much a 10 minute drive to everything. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. The 2 car garage was a wonderful extra. The beds were super comfy. I can’t say enough about the food in Texas. We had breakfast at First Watch almost every day. Check in and out was simple. Victoria was responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!»

«Very nice place. Secluded and quiet yet easy access to town and local attractions. The Tiny House was perfect for what I needed and very clean. The Host gave excellent instructions and responded quickly to communications. I highly recommend.»

«This will be an excellent place to stay with time and some trouble shooting as it is a brand new duplex. There are some kinks to iron out that I have shared with the owner and once that is taken care of, people will love this place. Very quiet neighborhood and convenient to any place in Tyler and nearby. Perfect for my wife and I along with our daughter and granddaughter.»
