Pent og vakkert hotell, dårlig kelner service.
Hotellet er supert og her kan du nyte late fine dager. Veldig pene og store rom. Vi bodde i rom med pool access. Renholdet var supert og frokosten var stor og hadde omtrent alt en måtte ønske seg. Det som trekker ned var at første kvelden vi ankom ville vi spise middag på takterrassen deres, vi hadde reist langt og var slitne og orket ikke inn til sentrum av Hua Hin. Vi bestilte 3 av en type rett og 1 av annen type rett. Dette presiserte vi med å peke på menyen med vise med fingrene hvor mange av den aktuelle. Kelneren kunne engelsk, men veldig begrenset. Vi gikk gjennom og han gikk gjennom på slutten en gang til for å forsikre oss at det ble rett. Nei, det ble ikke slik. Da maten ankom fikk vi motsatt. 3 av den vi bestilte 1 av og 1 av den vi bestilte 3 av. Det tok også over 1t20min før vi fikk siste rett. Vi var de eneste gjestene som spiste der den kvelden. Når vi sendte tilbake en rett og sa det var feil, vi andre godtok feil rett fordi vi var sultne, tok det ytterligere 30 min å få riktig rett. Vi bestilte en Cola som det tok 25 min å få og måtte gi beskjeden 2 ganger. Når vi fikk regningen måtte vi betale for retten vi sendte tilbake fordi kelneren nektet for at det ble feil eller at han skrev feil på ordren. Når vi snakket med natt manageren kom vi ingen vei. De nektet plent for at kelneren hadde gjort feil og at det tok 25 min for å få en brus. Vi presiserte at det pengene det koster betyr ikke noe, det er prinsippet i saken. Vi spiste eller drakk ikke igjen her.

Fantastisk resort på stranden
Fantastisk resort på stranden. Veldig bra rom og frokost. Ligger 10 minutter utenfor Hua Hin, det settes opp shuttle transport fra hotellet til sentrum. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Valkert detaljer hotell for avslapping
Utrolig fin plass men vakkee omgivelser litt langt unna hua hin men deilig å være borte fra alt også. Når vi ankomm hotellet så fikk vi to separerte senger men vi spurte om å få byttet til en dobbel seng å det fikset de med engang! Det var noe mangel på menyen der de hadde ikke men dette er bare pirking fra min sin side. Ellers utroolig fornøyd med hotellet. Badet var utrolig deilig med hærlig dusj og musikk på badet og badekar. Ville anbefalt å booke de rommene med basseng til å ikke i andre etage men de var fine de og <3

This was my first time in Cha Am / Hua Hin in the last 10 years. I was so impressed with Ace of Hua Hin. The property is beautiful, clean andstylish. Staff are so prompt and friendly. They have can-do attitudes and always said yes to my request no matter big or small. I highly recommend this hotel. As a person who worked in many five-star resorts and above, I will be back again next time I will stay attached the pool access room.

Site très propre et tranquille. Café Starbuck au Lobby. Grand buffet, beaucoup de choix pour le déjeuner. Restaurant près de la piscine et de la plage ouvert une grande partie de la journée et de la soirée. Par contre, impossible de se baigner à la mer puisqu’il y a une pancarte d’avertissement concernant les méduses.

Was a long way from the Hua Hin center, remote so you need some transport. Excellent resort, clean , great facilities, staff, food .. pool , etc. If you want to walk to bars , restaurants , cafes this is not for you. Three lovely sea food restaurants walking 10 mins along the beach.

โรงแรมดีมาก ทำเลดี ติดหาด อาหารเช้าเยอะมาก เรามีลูกอายุแค่ 2 เดือนไปด้วย ที่โรงแรมมีเครื่องนึ่งขวดนม กับกะละมังอาบน้ำให้ยืม รวมถึงเตียงเด็กด้วย และยังฝากแช่นมกับไอซ์แพค ประทับใจสุดๆ แต่ทางเดินจากห้องพักไปหาดจะงงๆ นิดนึงตามดีไซน์ โดยรวมประทับใจค่ะ

The concierge and restaurant staff are all very friendly & helpful. Hotel experienced power tripped for at least 2 hours each during heavy rain on 9 & 10 May 2023. I was told it was due to strong winds that caused the trees to damage the cables.

Cet hôtel est très beau. Les chambres sont grandes et bien aménagées. La plage est en face de la piscine avec du sable blanc. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique. Les produits proposés étaient de grande qualité avec un personnel très efficace. Le seul point faible était la salle de sport ancienne. Sinon l'hôtel est magnifique. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. Parfait pour le repos et la détente.

-ชอบห้องพัก กว้าง ตกแต่งสวย modern ของใช้ในห้องนอน ห้องน้ำ อุปกรณ์ครบ มีอ่างอาบน้ำ ห้องอาบน้ำฝักบัว และสุขา แยกกันเป็นสัดส่วนดี -ห้องในวันที่เข้าพักเป็น Deluxe ธรรมดา ได้ตึกเดียวกับ Deluxe Pool Access เลยต้องเดินไปเล่นน้ำที่สระใหญ่ ถือว่าเดินไกลไปหน่อย และสระน้ำไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไร สระอยู่ติดกับห้องอาหาร IVY ซึ่งจุดหยิบผ้าเช็ดตัวอยู่หน้าห้องอาหาร อันนี้คิดว่าไม่ค่อย ok - ในมุมมองคิดว่าห้องอาหาร IVY ติดกับสระน้ำเกินไป เผอิญเห็นน้ำทิ้งจากอาหารสดที่วางโชว์ลูกค้าหยดลงพื้น ถึงแม้จะมีอะไรรองน้ำอยู่ แต่ก็กระเด็นมาใกล้สระมาก ซึ่งหากน้ำนั้นไหลมาลงมาที่สระมันจะไม่ดีเลย

Nice place. The room is spacious. We found a died cockroach in the bathroom because of using disinfectant, as the staff said. But overall is okay.

A nice and relaxing resort
I enjoy staying in the hotel, we have a room and can reach the swimming pool. Just open the door and jump into the pool. Place is quiet and pizza us good at Ivy restaurant. Though its far from town and night market we can xall grab car easily, but the name of the hotel in google map is still Radisson Blu. But the beach is not so good as we could see dead fish and rubbish in the sea and nobody tidy them up.

Love this place and it's staffs
Second time to this resort, love their friendly staffs, free parking on sit, spacious and well maintained room, lovely pool and private beach. Breakfast is a plus.

Great family Chinese New Year break
My family had 3 rooms and all of them were great. Check in was easy and friendly, be aware that the booking only includes breakfast for 2 adults it was £6 extra per day for breakfast for a child. The food at lunch was fine, but very expensive compared to outside restaurants - but it is a high class hotel so that is normal. Easy to get to restaurants nearby. Beach and pool fantastic, we’d be delighted to revisit... thanks all the staff for looking after us.
