«This is an old property. You can tell that at one point it was an outright gem. Even so, it still has a lot of character and some great people working there. My first room wasn't the cleanest... I think the staff might have forgotten to finish up in the bathroom as another guest's clothes were hanging from the shower rod. «The night clerk was not friendly at all tried to do small talk with him and got the shaft. No response. Also the complimentary water was not offered as courtesy. Had to ask for them. Got all the way to our room and the card to the did not unlock the door. Went back downstairs and told the clerk the key wouldn’t work to unlock the door.
