«Very helpful staff at check in, gave us a wheelchair for the day to visit the aquarium easily, told us about Route 66 at night, lent us tourism books on Tulsa. They were fabulous.»

«The customer service was horrible, they didn't check me in properly and literally come to my room to remove all my things without communication. Try to go ahead and fix the reservation but they said it was booked. Looked online and their was still availability. I would not trust to stay again.»

«Very nice place to stay and a great location. Our room was very clean and not run down. We didn't have much interaction with the staff except when we checked in and out the next morning and that was quick and fast. The Breakfast was good, just wish they would have had biscuits and gravy,»

«The night clerk was not friendly at all tried to do small talk with him and got the shaft. No response. Also the complimentary water was not offered as courtesy. Had to ask for them. Got all the way to our room and the card to the did not unlock the door. Went back downstairs and told the clerk the key wouldn’t work to unlock the door. He had to meet us back up at the room to unlock the door because he said the battery was dead in the door lock. Which is insane. He should’ve knew that before we ...

«I really enjoyed my stay here. I was traveling for a Motorcycle Rally and have to say the place was very clean. However, there was some things that I didn’t like. First, my bathroom toilet didn’t flush properly. Second upon trying to use the blow dryer in my room it caught fire had to unplug it. Otherwise the stay was nice. «The room was dirty. The plumbing loose from the wall in the tub. The toilet loose from the wall. The floors were filthy. The bathroom door wouldn't shut - hinges coming out of doorframe. Bugs in my daughter's bed. And the worst part, blood stains on the bottom side of the comforter. We didn't see the blood stains till I pulled back the comforter after sleeping against it all night. All in all, it was disgusting.»
