Skihytter i Central Tulsa

«The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no." I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated. I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? Can you check in another room? ...

«Over all clean hotel. We booked this one because it was cheaper and stayed breakfast was included but it was not included. Had to pay for breakfast and what they offered wants lacking. »

«We were satisfied with our room at the Quality hotel. The checkin was quick and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast offered hot and cold selections. We could walk to a nearby chain restaurant so we didn’t have to drive after we got settled at the hotel. Staff were helpful and pleasant.»

«The staff was fine but the pool and spa were not working and when we walked by to get to our room, we could see the nasty water sitting there. We went out to breakfast as the food did not look eatable. The sausage was gray in color and the eggs looked like they were sitting in water. I didn’t look any further. The room was clean but old and dated. The switch cover didn’t properly fit in the wall exposing the area behind it. The shower was cold, water didn’t get hot.»

The hardwood floors were dirty with footprints from the last guest. The bathroom had poop on the toilet, floors, and walls, and mysterious items on the floor.
