If you're visiting in season, I'm sure it's great for boating, fishing, etc., but if you're simply looking for a place to sleep, it's poor. Overpriced for the condition.»

«Great, albeit short stay at the townhouse. Place was clean and well appointed. Host was very accessible and helpful. Everything I needed in kitchen and linens were well stocked. Pricing felt high for winter in Syracuse, and there are extra charges if you ask to check-in early, but clean, quiet, comfortable place, and proximity was ideal for my visit with family. »

«It was a convenient location. Close to both Sylvan Beach and Verona Beach. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. I recommend Flo's Dinner for breakfast. Can't beat the 10-cent coffee. I needed to contact the host once for a question and he picked up immediately. I will be back next year.»

«Everything at the apartment was just as described. It's on the second floor of the building with another apartment on the first floor. This is a very common configuration in the neighborhood. It was possible to hear a bit of sound from downstairs, but nothing disturbing. They had a nice dog bed and a couple covers for our Frankie. The kitchen was nicely supplied with coffees, milk, fruit juice, and some nice snacks. Parking was easy, though we had to keep track of which side to park on which ...
