«I don’t recommend this property nor any other Metro Apartments. The staff is rude, not willing to help or get any issue resolved. Checked into my room and walked in to a dirty kitchen, dirty dishes, carpet disgusting needs a good cleaning, trash in the hallway, lots of traffic out front. Over all the pictures you see online before booking don’t believe those cause you’ll get way farther than what they are falsely advertising to everyone.»

This included an additional security fee, which didn't accept international cc. Contacted the text line and was asked to just "text them my CC info".
