«Made a quick trip to Phoenix, the condo was in a great neighborhood, and very convenient to the freeway, Biltmore, Arcadia, Scottsdale and Downtown.The beds were comfy and we easily slept 4. Provided crates, and food and water dishes for dogs. Very clean. Check in and check out could not have been easier, and Will, the host was great. »

«Let me get the negatives out of the way first:
I was super skeptical of having to use Aardvark Labs, as my booking forced me to use a 3rd party website. I even went through Vrbo support w/a live agent to confirm it was legit. It asks you to take pictures, scan your ID, etc so I was very on-edge of this being a scam.
But the Vrbo agent assured me this was legitimate, and that the renter went through their process, so I gave it a shot.
Another irritation is that even after going through ...

«We were very impressed with the property manager's prompt communication and ability to respond to questions in less than an hour. Bed was very comfortable (you just never really know and we're picky!) and really appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel (smelled great!) in the bathroom. Couple of minor suggestions: Bed sheets were not cotton so a little on the hotter side, we could have used a few extra towels (if we would have asked I am positive the property manager would have brought ...
