«The property itself was nice. There were 2 leaks in the roof with one of them unfortunately over the foot of the bed. The ‘Tiny home’ was advertised as being on the property to the owners but it wasn’t explained that it was less than 10m from their home and it felt like driving through a scrapyard to get to it. «This one is only for the brave. The Tiny House itself is immaculate. well-presented and well-kept. The problem - and its a BIG one - concerns the immediate surroundings of main house, outbuildings etc etc. I see the owner claims that they are 'under renovation'. Under dilapidation would be a better terms. All that was missing to complete the picture of abandonment was a few rusting old cars... maybe its a film set (Texas Chainsaw Massacre?) and we missed the joke? Anyway, we took a look ...
