The Space:
Welcome to our charming retreat in Center Harbor, NH! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ranch is not just a cozy escape but also a haven for fun and entertainment. The full finished basement boasts a recreational paradise, featuring air hockey, basketball, ski-ball, and bag toss for endless hours of enjoyment with family and friends.

Inside, you'll find an inviting living room and dining area, complete with air conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure your comfort. The bedroom is equipped with a window AC for personalized temperature control, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after your adventures. The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to accommodate a variety of sleeping arrangements. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each offer a comfortable Queen bed, while Bedroom 3 is perfect for friends or children with its 2 Twin/single beds. Additionally, we have a Child's bed - Roll away cot, ensuring flexibility for your family/group's needs.

Our home offers the perfect harmony of comfort and creativity with a beautifully tuned piano and a classic guitar ready for your fingertips. And don't forget to indulge in some friendly competition with our basement's air hockey, basketball, ski-ball, and bag toss games.

Our customer support team is available to assist you daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Guests can launch there boat at the Center Harbor Boat Ramp for a fee of $25. The ramp is conveniently located less than 1 mile from the house.

Please note that while the main beds come with linens provided, renters will need to bring their own linens for the cot.

Due to damage from a recent storm, the screen porch is currently unavailable for use.

Beach pass: We offer a beach pass for your enjoyment of the town beaches; please safeguard them as they're difficult to replace, and be aware that a fee of $750 will be charged to you for any lost or damaged pass.

Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!

Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.

Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that decks will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!

Please remember to bring your own beach towels if you plan to visit the beach, as we only supply bath towels.

Overall house was well equipped and very clean. Amazing game room. Didn’t have to go out for any utensils plates, bowls, glasses, etc. The only issue was the 5 o’clock check in. Which the owner kindly let us in at 3. So all in all it was an awesome stay and would recommend it highly

The property is located on a a quieter street, bordering the woods in walking distance to the lake. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, and the beds are comfortable. The game room downstairs is great, the only con is that the ceiling is rather low (the ping pong ball and the basketballs hit the ceiling quite often) and there are poles around the ping pong table which we hit quite a lot while playing. All bedrooms had window ACs which wouldn’t let the blinds go all the way down to cover the windows in 2 bedrooms-but this is obviously only an issue in the summer. The master bedroom window AC didn’t fit a 100% which resulted in a gap between window frame and AC, letting bugs and small flies into the room. Since a tree fell on the screened in porch, the screens were already removed when we got there, which was communicated to us befire our trip and wasn’t a problem. We would have appreciated some curtains though to have some more privacy in the living room until the porch is fixed.( in the pictures it looked like the porch had blinds). One more thing we noticed is that our regular sized SUV couldn’t fit in the garage due to tables, chairs and porch furniture being stored in the garage. It would have been nice to use the garage for our vehicle. Two out of 3 ceiling fans/lights in the bedrooms were not working at all or only partially working. The host was responsive but the issue wasn’t fixed during our 5 night stay. We still enjoyed our stay.
