«Blinds were broken in my room, unable to roll it up or down. Mentioned it to staff- nothing done. 1 elevator was working, so there were long waits and you had to ride with cleaning carts. Parking lot is seperate from the building. An elevator down to "T" and a walk past the pool to another outside building to another elevator- not convenient. «I had a quiet, peaceful stay. The hotel is beautiful, the room was spacious and clean. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shops in the downtown area of Decatur which was also very well maintained and quaint. Overall I had a fabulous stay!»

«The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was friendly especially the head maintenance guy, I’m not sure of his name, but he has dreadlocks. Our room A/C had an issue upon arrival, he fixed it in 5 mins and also brought us a bigger fridge for our room. Thanks to him for his excellent customer service and making our stay better. »

«Good hotel in a nice area (Decatur) with small shops and nice places to eat nearby (a 5-10 minute walk). Try the Chipotle with hot sauce nearby. Nice hotell staff and quick checkout. I was on an conference at GWCC and the MARTA-station (Decatur) is 10 minutes from the hotel and then a 25 minutes of travelling.»

«There was old food on the mini fridge that smelled, asked the front desk about it and they said clearing staff left already. Asked can someone come pick it up if I bagged it, I was unable to open it without the room smelling spoiled. They said they would send someone. I bagged the trash and left it on the exterior door knob like requested and put my dinner leftovers inside the fridge. Woke up the next day and the bag was still on the door knob when I checked out.
