«The house is perfect for a familiy of 5-6. The pizzaoven was superfun for pizza lovers. The location was a bit far from Ceglie Messapica. Annie was absolutely wonderful. From the first meeting with a lovely welcome gift, to quick replies for any question we had, fixing "problems" asap, and just beeing so nice. Thank you so much again Annie :-) And thank you Peter & Tammie for letting us enjoy your beautiful Italian summer house.»

«Fab exterior, superb pool, beautiful garden/grounds, great BBQ & fun pizza oven. The interior was a little cramped for 8 people. No air con but were fans were provided. If using the Private chef, make sure to check the menu. Area very rural & pretty, but have to drive to shops etc. Stefano was at a wedding and unable to make the check in/out so sent his Uncle who was delightful.»

«It was such a relaxing stay! The villa is really nice, quite, clean and spacious. The location is very strategic if you want to visit the nearby towns, my favourite were Martina Franca and Ostuni. The pool area was, in my opinion, the best feature of the house and that's where we spent the majority of our time, the children loved it! The property manager has been so kind and reliable whenever we needed him. Highly recommended if you want to have a nice holiday with your friends and family in ...

«The house is wonderfully located for enjoying peace, nice bedrooms and living areas with a shaded terrace for meals, and a beautiful swimming pool. However, the cleaning could be improved, some stoves were "out of date", and there were some minor maintenance defaults. A safety box to secure valuables would also be much appreciated to avoid the unexplained disappearance of certain items, which is always an unpleasant experience. In short, a beautiful home that lacks a few things to approach ...

«The house was perfect for 3 couples, well equiped. Kemp You need a car for visiting the towns nearby and for the supermarket. The house is on a wonderful walking and biking road and at 10 minutes walk just opened the pont-café for coffee in the morning and spareribs in the evening. Barbara answered immediately at all our questions. We enjoyed our stay very much»

«Unique stay in a traditional Trullo style house; plenty of room, with style and character. A spacious kitchen and a nice sized pool. Situated about easy 10min drive from Ceglie Messapica town along a quite narrow but reasonably good road. A good base location to visit some of the towns in Val D’Itra»

«Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce trulli très bien agencé et équipé. Décoration de bon gout qui participe au charme de la maison. Beaucoup d'espace pour recevoir et varier les ambiances (tonnelle, petites tables intimistes le long du trulli, terrasse surplombant les oliviers...). Grande parcelle couverte d'arbres (oliviers, figuiers, amandiers, noisetiers, pommiers...), les abords du trulli pourraient être plus fourni en plantes d'agrément avec un éclairage soigné pour rendre l'ensemble ...

«Peaceful location (thank goodness for Sat nav!). The garden is very large with several places to relax. We were a little disappointed that the gazebo and hammocks were not available, as seen in the promotion website images. The villa is formed of three independent living spaces, which cannot be reached without going outside. This may not suit families with more than two young children. The property management company were extremely helpful when we discovered we had no hot water for the first day ...

«The hotel was really hard to find. Once there, it was great. a large room, a comfortable bed, and a very nice bathroom. We included the breakfast with our room price, and it was very worth it. Complements to the desk clerk who was very accommodating.»
