«The property is old and poorly maintained. Our AC stopped working in the middle of our last night. When I went to the front desk, the person there said there was nothing they could do and that the AC technician could come early the next morning. That meant I had to spend the entire night with my kids in a room with no AC. There was no solution offered and no compensation for the inconvenience.
I also paid extra for a late check-out at 3:00 PM, but by 1:00 PM they were already knocking on my door ...
