«The appartment is clean and basic. But guests should be aware that it is located in an old building. The state of the building in general is lower than that of the appartment itself.»

«This unit and any other units from this host need to be removed from Vrbo. The building isn’t luxury nor are the units. The pictures do not look at all what is posted online. The unit was disgusting, and there were mouse droppings in a crib left in the unit. I was only able to get in contact with the host 1 time before having to directly contact Vrbo. My family and I had to find a hotel to stay at for the weekend in a city was practically booked up. DONT DO IT»

«We had a great time!!! The property is truly unique. Lots of entertainment inside, good location, very clean and family friendly. The host was very responsive. We had a small question when we arrived to the property and he responded immediately. We have a couple more trips planned to Philadelphia this year and we already decided we will stay there again if available. Highly recommend this property.»
