«When I saw that this unit would be consistently rated 10 out of 10 I found it hard to believe at first. However, I can see why. I’ve never been to a short-term rental unit that provides this many amenities. Gwen, the owner, has already thought of everything before you even checked in. «My four daughters and I stayed here for 10 days in June 2026. It was absolutely incredible! The condo itself was very lovely and clean inside, just as advertised. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the deck is unbelievable. It looks just like the photos there were also pool/beach toys for us to enjoy. The location was fabulous, easy driving distance to basically anywhere on Seven Mile Beach. We had an incredible time and would definitely go back if given the chance!»

«We had a wonderful week at Boggy Sands! It was a perfect condo for our multigenerational family. The location was great and very close to the beach (although the photos of the listing make it look like the condo is beachfront, it’s not).
