«The front desk staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Great location close to restaurants, shopping, and Cedar Point. The hotel is older. No elevator, no luggage carts. Dirty old carpets in hallways. Our toilet seat was dirty. We had to go to the front desk every day to ask for clean towels. Our room had a musty smell constantly. The water pressure is low. The shower curtain wouldn't stay closed.»

«It's a low budget hotel great for a cheap room close to Cedar Point. Holes in walls, door latch busted off, sink clogged, exterior door to the hallway didn't lock.»

«The staff greeted us like family come to visit. We were road weary and they were just great! The room was clean and comfortable. (There was even a post card in the room. #postalcrossing) The breakfast was great with hot food, clean and well supplied. Again the staff maintaining the breakfast stopped to check on us and made us feel welcome.»

«The hotel was clean and quiet. They were under a boil water band when we arrived, and they were very generous and handed out plenty of water bottles for us. The only thing that was a bummer is all the ice machine wore out of order and I couldn’t stock up ice for my cooler and have cold drinks that I had brought along with me for my stay.»

«View is lovely and the condo is very comfortable. Valerie stayed in touch and was helpful. Our family also enjoyed the basketball court and games in the condo. Definitely will stay again if we are in the area.»

«Convenient parking and location. Everything we needed was within walking distance including parks for our toddler to play. The pack n play and baby gate were very much appreciated when traveling with a little. We did run out of toilet paper, however we were just a short walk from CVS so not a big deal. The host was able to drop some by our door later that evening. The outdoor space could use some attention, but being November, it probably doesn’t get much use. Overall the location was perfect ...
