«Booked in advance with prepaid option and ended up with the first room on the first floor - definitely worse room in any hotel especially one that does not have a door separating the rooms from the entryway/check in area. Hotel was completely booked and very noisy. Great location and we may consider it again if we could guarantee a better room. Parking was free and available.»

«Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be . ...

«The room wasn't clean, had food in a madeup bed. Spills were on the table and chair. Telephone was missing buttons and was sticky so I couldn't call front desk had to walk down there.. Staff was friendly»
