Only Thing could be better is A/C And the steep hill we were able to do it but maybe someone else couldnt do steep hill and lots of stairs would stay again but not summer because no A/C if had A/c woul definetly do it again.sherry»

«The property is very comfortable and clean. The townhouse complex is quiet and convenient walking distance to Avalon shopping and restaurants. We walked back and forth to the Casino on a couple of occasions. Also, it is a 5 min walk to Vons for grocery shopping. Our group consisted of 6 adults, aged 30 - 87. On the utility cart that was provided, the tags were expired, also the engine kept backfiring and the ignition slot for the key needs repair. It was difficult to get it in and to turn on. My only complaints would be that I was disappointed that there wasn’t a shower head in the master bath and way too many stairs to get to the condo.
