«The hotel provided luggage service from the pier so we were able to enjoy a lovely lunch before checking in without having to haul around our bags. «The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was so nice to be able to store our luggage after checkout so we could continue exploring on our last day before it was time for our ferry. The room was small and a little outdated, but very comfortable and quiet. Perfect for the 2 nights we spent there. Perfect location, central to everything! »

«Very friendly accommodations. It was raining and check-in is at 4 pm and I asked if we could check in any bit earlier. They held our luggage and said they will call when the room was ready. It was ready early. The room was clean. It did have the ocean view we paid for. The hotel is old and built of wood so it does creak (as one would expect). If this would bother you then look for a newly rebuilt structure. These things don’t bother me if there is a logical reason and it’s expected. These things ...

«The room looked much better in the photos, the decoration and furniture wasn’t near as nice. The windows were very dirty on the outside and one was even cracked. Also the tub fixtures were very hard to operate and the curtain was mounted diagonally across the tub making it difficult to shower. However, the location is very convenient to the restaurants and activities. »

«I was disappointed in this property. The staff there was very nice though. None of my complaint is about them. The first room I was given (Room 303) was in bad condition. It smelled, the desktop wood was heavily scratched, the carpet had stains, some paint had chipped off. I complained and was given room 602, which had recently been improved which was nicer. The exterior property is in need of a fresh coat of paint. The jacuzzi was tiny and didn’t look too clean. The room smelled bad.  ...

«Floorsin main area n stairs aren't very clean. Lobby smells musky. Room was better but no coffee maker in room or anywhere in hotel. Need to leave for coffee. Coffee is a minimum amenity»

«Kitchen fully equipped to cook your own meals. Highly advised since restaurants are quite expensive on the island. Keurig coffee maker saved the day each morning! Our AC never worked but it stayed cool enough by opening the windows. No jacuzzi or bath tubs on site. You must kayak And Do the horse back riding tour. The beds were very comfortable. We came here on our honeymoon and fell in love with the island and its history. »
