«I utgangspunktet hadde vi bare bestilt 4 netter på hotellet, men på grunn av sentral beliggenhet til sentrum og togstasjonen Palermo Palazzo Reale-Orleans, ble vi 3 netter ekstra. Rommene har god størrelse og sengene er komfortable. Godt renhold. Frokosten er variert, med eggerøre, bacon og annet pålegg. Veldig hyggelig betjening i frokostsalen. I resepsjonen snakker de godt engelsk og er svært behjelpelige. Alt i alt, et flott opphold. »

«It is a nice hotel in the heart of Palermo. Very near to the most famous places - the Piassa Pretoria and the Quatro canti, the Normanna Chapel- Chappel Pallatina and busses and trainstation. The roof terrasse is exellent, and with a fantastic view to Monte Pelligrino and Monreale. And to all those beautiful towers. And the staff at Grande Albergo Sole was very helpful and generous. «Un accueil parfait sauf que pendant la réservation il n'a ete stipulé a aucun moment que la piscine et le spa ne faisait pas partie de la réservation. Pour pouvoir utiliser le spa et puscine il fallait encire payer 90€/ pers pour 1h30. Sans conter que la restauration etait fermée. Mise a part ça, l'ensemble du personnel etait vraiment sympas et à l'ecoute malgré le problème de langue. »

«This hotel was amazing! Great staff, very clean hotel, and room. The beds were comfy, breakfast was provided daily, and was always fresh. I was always asked if I wanted a coffee and the staff would go make me one. A/C works great. It's on the 4th floor so great views. Close to Palermo centrale, grocery store almost directly across the street, bus stop is maybe a 2-minute walk. »

«Do not book. This hotel does not align with the photos - it is very cheap materials and construction. My husband was locked in the bathroom for almost an hour, the elevator broke, and the front door to our room wouldn’t close. We stayed only one night of the 5 we booked and they told us that these issues with the space were our fault and refuse to refund our cancelled nights. Just don’t even book it»

«Wir waren 10 Wochen in Casteldaccia mit unseren zwei Hunden und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Haus und der Garten waren wunderschön. Der Manager, Giovanni war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war eine sehr schöne Athmosphäre, sehr angenehm. Es waren wunderbar erholsame Ferien.»

«Our group of 17 eager travelers enjoyed their time at the beautiful villa. We felt comfortable, relaxed, and energized at the property. Our friend Maeve had never been to the island and fell in love with it quite quickly. The host was incredible and very easy to communicate with. With nice art of Maria and ceramics of Riccardo realy a beautyful space in and outdoor and that wunderful garden and great view from the 1. and 2. floor in the landscape…Everything we need, we found there, or in the near.
