«We just finished our stay at the cabin and had an enjoyable stay. Paul, the host, was more than helpful in revealing unique local restaurants and interesting sites. He was very helpful and responsive the entire time, and yet respected our privacy. The cabin offers waterfront access - you can even go for an ocean dip - and there are comfortable Adirondack chairs by the water. The covered deck around the cabin was a favorite. «Rina is welcoming and friendly. She brought us fresh eggs daily that were delicious. Roaming chickens added to the farm experience. Delightful creatures. Cooking on a hot plate was challenging. There is a microwave. If you like to cook, be prepared and I suggest bringing meals prepared in advance for heating up. The property is rustic & quiet. I haven’t slept that well in years!»

«We truly enjoyed our stay. The games room was a hit as a family. We enjoyed the chalkboard with ideas of what to do and where to go. It would have been nice to have a little more info on the suggestions. The only issue for us was the beds. The online listing is not accurate for the amount of beds. We are a tall family and the pull out couch was small. And the two beds in the one room are better for smaller children. I'd say it sleeps 5-6.»

«Nice private cottage in a great location. Had all the amenities required and we loved the hot tub. As mentioned before in some of other reviews it’s needs a deep clean, windows, curtains washed etc to make it shine. Garden around house need to be tidied up and trimmed up a bit to make it feel more loved.»

«The property was as advertised. Hosts were excellent, very helpful. The only small issue was locating the property once on the island. GPS requires an address complete with street number.»

«Had a great time. House and deck were fabulous. Needed more garbage and recycling bags and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper wasnt enough for 4 ladies! Otherwise we had a great stay. We would stay again! Maya Norte is an amazing restaurant, highly recommended it.»
