«The boatel was exactly as described, very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been any better. We came to visit the Channel Islands, and the Island Packers ferry is literally a 2 minute walk. There were so many options for dining within a short walk, and by the time we were ready for bed, it was completely quiet. »

«Kara’s place blew us away! Beautifully and intentionally designed, this unit transported us from the humdrum of everyday life to a lavish vacation paradise. Everything was squeaky clean and Kara was extremely responsive as a host. We loved it here - wish we could have stayed longer and was sad to have to leave!»

«The house is lived-in but clean. It was large enough for my big family, and we enjoyed our stay. Ernesto was great at communicating with us, and was gracious enough to allow us to extend our check-out time. Overall, everything was great! If I had to say anything about it, it was very hot upstairs because the portable air cooler didn't work very well. And more hooks for towels in the bathrooms would have been helpful. But really was the perfect size for our large family, and we would stay there ...

«We had a great stay at this property during our 5 night stay. Pros: Location, location, location! This property is in a great location for everything downtown. The Moxi, the Zoo, East Beach, all minutes away.We appreciated the open layout kitchen and three bedrooms that were comfy and had plenty of linens.
