Welcome to Southern Belle! This charming duplex in Carolina Beach is one block from public beach access with crosswalk - just hit the traffic button and the cars stop so that you may continue your journey to the ocean. The duplex is divided into two sides. Southern Belle only shares a wall with the other side - otherwise the fenced back yard and entry are private. There are 17 steps from the fenced patio up to the entry door.
This amazing property features 2 cozy bedrooms with a king and queen bed, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, roku TV, a washing machine/dryer, and fenced yard for your furry friend. The living room with a comfy sofa bed provides additional space for a guest. Our fully stocked kitchen allows for meals in, or enjoy the many delicious restaurants right on the island.
Sip your morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the ocean and spend the evening under the string lights in adirondack chairs by the fire pit.
Downstairs next to patio is a closet stocked with chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and a wagon to enjoy on the sand. A propane grill and patio table with 4 chairs allow for outdoor dining. There is also an outside shower area for rinsing off.
Carolina Beach is family friendly beach town with pizza spots, coffee and ice cream shops, seafood restaurants, dive bars, and 2 grocery stores. You'll never have to (or want to) leave the island - but if you do, Wilmington is a short drive! During the summer there are free outdoor concerts and movies, a weekly Farmers Market, carnival rides / games, and Thursday night fireworks! Stroll the boardwalk and visit the famous Britt's donuts, head down to the Kure Beach pier, take a tour of Shark Tooth Island, visit the NC Aquarium or take in some local Civil War history at Fort Fisher. You can find new things to do every day or, of course, just relax on the beach and soak up the sun. You'll be glad you came to Carolina Beach, and you will want to come back year after year!

Southern Belle sleeps 5 - maximum 4 adults comfortably. This is a non-smoking, pet friendly home. There is a maximum of 2 dogs: additional non-refundable fee applies (1 pet $250, 2 pets $400)

Linens included: sheets, comforters, bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, bath mats, and dish towels. You will be started off with a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and a roll of paper towels in the kitchen.
Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM

The kitchen was very well stocked, the whole house was. The beds had very comfortable mattresses & toppers & nice linens. Loved the view of the ocean from the front porch, perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The owners provided excellent communication & everything we needed to know was emailed in advance. Great location, would absolutely stay here again.

My family had a fantastic stay at this property. Was very clean and the host communicated check-in information well in advance. The house is super close to the public beach access (150-200 yds) and the availability of a wagon on the property to tote beach toys and other associated beach items over was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone else headed to the Carolina Beach area,

This was the perfect spot for our family, close to all our favorite spots. The home was very clean and everything was as described.

Courtyard smelled of urine especially on stairwell but was very humid during our stay. Wasps on balcony. We bought wasp spray. Light on stairway was out where you entered the town home that by the way was marketed as a house. Shower head was stopped up but owner replaced when I told her we were soaking in white vinegar. Key pad lock locked us out several times. Had a bit of a hard time reaching the owner but she tried to resolve our issues. Key pad was still messed up when we left but was able to use a key. Worst part was when we got locked out of the townhome. I was unable to reach the owner. It was very hot during our visit. If you’re wanting someplace quiet, dont rent this place multiple people park and hang out on the street in front of the rental. But if you want to be in the heart of the action you got it.

Nice place

Its listed as a house. But its more like a Duplex house. There are 2 houses in one structure that share a driveway. The entry steps are at the back of the house in an fenced in court yard. The house had electronic keypad door lock, which are convenient. The living space is well laid out. Its nicely furnished. Its well stocked with everything for cooking. There were some cleaning issues. The floors were sandy. There was kibble and bits dog food in several places on the floor. The master bed room sheets were thrown on the bed sideways. There was residue of bread crums on the kitchen counters. Its wasn't cleaned well. We cleaned it up ourselves. When we left a review about our the cleaning issues, management refunded 3/4 of our cleaning charge. I forgot to tell them the light is out in the stair case. Its really dark in there. All in all, Its a nice place to stay. Its a short walk to the beach, and they have a beach wagon in the storage closet down stairs. Its about a mile to the boardwalk, which we walked to. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance. The only drawback to the area is EVERYTHING in the area is pay to park. At 6.00 an hour, you better walk.

Prefect little beach place

Great location between two public beach access to get to the beach. Amazing back yard, pictures do not do it justice. Spent a lot of time there and on the front porch. Everything was very clean and all that you needed to have a great vacation. Would definitely do it again.

Nice Stay!

Property was exactly as described. We had family in for the long weekend and rented the southern belle for 4 nights. Could not have worked out better. We're really particular about accommodations when we travel, and it was perfect for us. We'll definitely be back.

Relaxing Retreat.

This rental is perfect. The location is great, very clean, and very accommodating. The property is very clean and the area is quiet and relaxing. The communication with the property manager is definitely five star. I highly recommend staying at this property
